Sharda Udyog is specialized in manufacturing of new rollers and re-shelling mill rollers. The mill roller is an essential component of the sugar industry. In a mill, the juice is extracted by squeezing a fully prepared cane between two / three rollers. The rollers are made of grey cast iron, grooved shells mounted on forged steel shafts. Grey cast iron shall conform to IS 11201 shrink fitted on the shaft.
Types of
Rollers
CONVENTIONAL ROLLER
It is a basic roller and can be used in any position.
This roller has no perforation. It consists
of three parts table, hood and pressure cap.
LOTUS ROLLER
WITH SINGLE NOZZLE

SEMI COUCH ROLLER
WITH 2/3 NOZZLES
This ease the process of cane grinding and crushing.

Under feed roller has great stiffness to manage large throughout, a robust heavy-duty housing design is used. Each crushing unit has its fine mill setting and speed control. More roller wearing allowance is included in the design.
